Introduction fees

If you fill in our quote form, we pass your details to up to three MCS-certified installers, or to a quote partner who matches you with installers. We only do this with your permission, which you give on the form. The installer or partner may pay us a fee for the introduction.

Affiliate links

Some guides link to products, such as batteries or plug-in solar kits. If you buy through one of these links, the shop may pay us a small commission.

What this does not change

• You never pay us anything.
• Fees do not change the price you are quoted.
• Fees do not change what our guides say. If something is not worth it for most homes, we say so.
• We do not sell your details to anyone you have not agreed to.
